In January 2010, CueSportz.com released stage one of this exciting initiative. The website was specifically targeted at Billiards associations affiliated with the World Pool Association (WPA) and the World Eight ball-Pool Federation. Associations from National bodies down to local area bodies have been encouraged to join the community and create their affiliate network structure.

We have received significant interest from affiliated associations of the WPA and WEPF as well as many privately run Billiard entities to participate in our community and build the network. We are pleased to announce that CueSportz.com has partnered with AZ Billiards (www.azbilliards.com) to represent the region of North America. North America is a major target audience for CueSportz.com and we see this partnership as a huge success.

Practice

Since the initial launch, users of the site have been able to enjoy our practice table facilities for free. The practice feature of the site is a great tool for players to improve their online skills. We have received positive feedback from players suggesting that the physics of our game can benefit players on actual tables. The more you practice now, the better you will be prepared for tournament play.

Game Rooms

Game Rooms is a new feature of the site that was not available in the January release. They consist of the 2 player game community where you enter a room of your choice and get matched up with others to play 9-Ball and 8-Ball. More game releases such as Snooker and 10 Ball will be available soon. Within Game Rooms, our members can participate in friendly chat on and off the game table. The Game Rooms feature is 100% free and will give you excellent match play practice in preparation for tournaments.

Tournaments

CueSportz.com will be launching the initial phase of our unique tournament play in April 2010. We are committed to running a FREE weekly tournament play for an 8 week period as a minimum with some big cash prizes on offer. Stay tuned for more information on this exciting development.
